*GASP* THAT. WAS. SO. GOOD! 5++++++++++++++ Suspenseful, Beautiful Stars!
“Anna…the night of the summit, when you were saved, it was the only time in my life I’ve thanked God for anything.”
Ok so I stayed up to the wee hours finishing this one. I admit the first half of the book I was dying to see more Anna and Kaiden BUT wow the last half was sooooooo worth it.
Anna travels the world with her friend Kope and with help from her dad to find allies to one day stand against the Dukes with hopes to get their lives and souls back.
Meanwhile she is still very ruined and heartbreakon over Kaiden’s absense and isolation towards her. Until her dad sends her to LA to ally with Kaiden and Blake and whew the sparks fly!
Let’s just say that she has A LOT more control than I do.
We stood there, facing each other. Too much was between us, pulling us together, at the same time as it pushed us apart. Our need for each other would always be in constant battle with our need to keep the other safe.
The ending had me on pins and needles. I am soooooo stoked and sad I have to wait to read the final installment! THANK YOU WENDY!
